Ingredients
- 3.4 ounces vanilla pudding instant mix
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup vanilla cake mix
- 3 tablespoons confetti
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 deep pie crust
Instructions
Note: click on the hours in the instructions to start a kitchen timer while cooking.- Bake the pie crust at 375 degrees in a pie pan until it turns golden brown, about 18-20 minutes.
- Add heavy cream to your stand mixer on high speed for 1 to 2 minutes until they reach firm peaks. Add cake mix until stiff peaks form, about 2 minutes more.
- In a large bowl, add the pudding mixture to your milk and let it thicken for five minutes.
- Fold the whipped cream in your pudding mixture, then finally incorporate your confetti flakes.
- Spread the pudding filling in the pie crust, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
