Honey Hot Wings Sticky and Spicy Recipes :


Ingredients

  • 20 Chicken Wings,with skin

For the flour-spice mix:
  • 1/3 Cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1.5 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder

For Wings Sauce:
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 3/4 Cup Frank's RedHot Sauce
  • 3/4 Cup Honey
  • 2 Cloves Garlic,grated

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl add flour and all the spices mentioned.
  2. Dab the chicken wings with tissue paper to make them completely dry.
  3. Roll the chicken pieces in the flour and spice mix,shake off excess flour.
  4. Line the baking tray with parchment paper ,and arrange the wings on tray.
  5. Preheat the oven at 375f and bake the wings till crispy for 30mins and cooked well.Turn them once for even cooking in between.
  6. In a bowl add the ingredients for the wings sauce and let it come to a boil.
  7. Let it cook for a while till the sauce thickens a little.
  8. Toss the chicken wings with half of the sauce and arrange on baking tray.
  9. Bake the wings further till crispy for another 8 to 10 mins.
  10. Finally pour the remaining sauce over the wings and toss well,serve.
